Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the protein powder and rolled oats. Add the nut butter and honey to the dry mixture. Now, stir until everything is well combined and a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add a splash of milk or a bit more honey until it reaches a workable consistency
Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Place the balls onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten them slightly with your hands or a fork to form cookie shapes.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. That’s it, enjoy your cookies!
