Before the proper cooking, whisk together all the ingredients like onion powder, garlic powder, flour, salt and paprika in a small bowl.
In another bowl, crack your eggs and beat them fine.
Pound your pork chops with a meat mallet. Ensure they are thin-layered and about ½ or ¾ – inch thick. You can achieve this by placing your pork chops between 2 sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper.
Heat the oil to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Ensure you do this using medium-high heat temperature in a cast-iron skillet.
Before placing the pork chops into the oil, dip each into your mixed sauce and egg.
Drop the pork chops into your heated oil.
Let them fry appropriately. You can turn them from one side to another within 2 – 3 minutes intervals.
Place your already-fried pork chops in a brown bag to drain out excess oil.
