Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
  • 4-6 Boneless pork chops
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp Onion powder
  • ½ tsp Coarse black pepper
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour

Instructions

  • Before the proper cooking, whisk together all the ingredients like onion powder, garlic powder, flour, salt and paprika in a small bowl.
  • In another bowl, crack your eggs and beat them fine.
  • Pound your pork chops with a meat mallet. Ensure they are thin-layered and about ½ or ¾ – inch thick. You can achieve this by placing your pork chops between 2 sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper.
  • Heat the oil to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Ensure you do this using medium-high heat temperature in a cast-iron skillet.
  • Before placing the pork chops into the oil, dip each into your mixed sauce and egg.
  • Drop the pork chops into your heated oil.
  • Let them fry appropriately. You can turn them from one side to another within 2 – 3 minutes intervals.
  • Place your already-fried pork chops in a brown bag to drain out excess oil.
