Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz Cream cheese cubed
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder optional
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning optional
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cubed cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 1 minute, stir, and then heat for another 30 seconds until the cheeses are completely melted and smooth.
  • Add the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt to the melted cheese mixture. Mix until well combined. The dough will be sticky.
  • Let the cheese mixture cool slightly, then add the egg. Mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, you can add a little more almond flour.
  • Place the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Using your hands or a rolling pin, press the dough out into a circle or your desired pizza shape. Aim for about 1/4 inch thickness.
  • Add your favorite keto-friendly toppings (sauce, cheese, meats, vegetables, etc.). Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and firm to the touch or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy your keto-friendly pizza!
