Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 cups Mashed fresh strawberries
- 2 cups Whole milk
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- 1 cup White sugar
- 2 tsps Vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp Salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients: strawberries, heavy cream, milk, sugar and salt. If you want your ice cream with a more vibrant red just add 2 drops of red food coloring!
- Pour the mixture into the freezer bowl of your ice cream maker.
- Freeze according to your ice cream maker’s direction.
- Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze until firm.
