2-Ingredient Keto Ice Cream Recipe
I decided to publish a special low-calorie keto ice cream recipe that I've known for years, which is incredibly easy to make and very tasty!

- 2 cups Heavy Cream chilled
- 9 ounces Sugar Free Sweetened Condensed Milk room temperature
- 1 cup Blueberries
Pour chilled whipping cream into a mixing bowl or stand mixer bowl. Now, whip to a medium stiff stage, avoiding a hard stiff stage.
Pour room temperature sugar-free sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream and whip at medium speed until combined, being careful not to over whip.
Now, transfer the mixture into your prepared and properly chilled ice cream maker tub. Churn according to your ice cream maker’s instructions until done.
Transfer the finished ice cream into a piping bag (optional, with or without a decorative tip) and pipe out in a decreasing spiral.
Finally, serve immediately or transfer to a freezer-safe container for later!
