4-Ingredient NO KNEAD Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 3 tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 ½ cups Warm Water

  • Combine the flour, yeast, salt, and water in a large bowl. Mix everything together until a sticky dough forms. Using your hands often makes the process easier, but a sturdy spoon works just as well. Mix to combine all the ingredients. Aim for a texture similar to what’s shown in the photo for the best results.
  • Now that you have the dough ready, you just need to let it rest. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for about 8 hours. I let mine sit for 10 hours, but 8 hours is more than enough. When you look at the dough after 8 hours, it better have risen by at least 50%.
  • First, preheat the oven to 480°F (250°C) with the pan inside. While the oven heats up, we can prepare the bread dough!
  • Throw flour on the kitchen counter, put the dough on top and knead a little. Pull one end of the dough towards the center and press. You should do this about 6 times all around the dough. To finish, shape the dough into a ball by tucking the seams underneath with your hands. This step helps create a smooth, even surface.
  • Carefully transfer the bread dough onto a sheet of baking paper and place it inside the preheated pan (or Cast Iron pan) in the oven. Don’t forget to cover the pan with the lid—this step is essential for trapping steam and creating a perfectly soft, airy texture.
  • Bake the bread in the oven, covered, for 30 minutes at 480°F (250°C). After 30 minutes, carefully remove the lid from the pan and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
