Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder (if using), sweetener, and salt.
Add the softened butter, heavy cream, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. You can use a hand mixer or a spoon for this step.
Gently fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
Optional: For a firmer texture, chill the cookie dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
