Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder optional for chocolate flavor
  • ¼ cup Butter softened
  • ¼ cup Sweetener Erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Heavy cream or coconut cream
  • ¼ cup Sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder (if using), sweetener, and salt.
  • Add the softened butter, heavy cream, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. You can use a hand mixer or a spoon for this step.
  • Gently fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
  • Optional: For a firmer texture, chill the cookie dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Scoop the cookie dough into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
