I’m going to show you a recipe that I make practically every month, low in calories, that will help you maintain/lose weight during your KETO diet. The best part is that the recipe only takes 10 minutes to make. Let’s go?
Edible Keto Cookie Dough Recipe

Prepare all the necessary ingredients and a large mug to place the cookie dough we are going to prepare! It’s time to make a simple but incredibly delicious KETO recipe!

Ingredients:
I don’t like wasting time or making you waste time, so I put some substitutes in front of each ingredient. It’s easier this way!
- 1 cup almond flour;
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (optional for chocolate flavor);
- 1/4 cup butter, softened;
- 1/4 cup sweetener (such as erythritol or monk fruit sweetener);
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract;
- 1/4 teaspoon salt;
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream or coconut cream;
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips.
Instructions:
Step 1 – Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder (if using), sweetener, and salt.

Add the softened butter, heavy cream, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. You can use a hand mixer or a spoon for this step.
Step 3 – Fold in Chocolate Chips
Gently fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
Step 4 – Chill (Optional)
For a firmer texture, chill the cookie dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Step 5 – Serve
Scoop the cookie dough into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!

Heerlijk recept! Omdat de amandelmeel een grove textuur heeft probeer ik het de volgende keer te mengen met de staafmixer alvorens de chocolade toe te voegen. Had geen vanille extract dus 2 theelepels vanille aroma gebruikt en 30 gram erythrol. Bijna niet van echt te onderscheiden heerlijk!
This was super simple and is a good spoonful of sweet for an after dinner treat. I didn’t use the Cocoa, so might try that next time. Might try using a little cinnamon and leave out chocolate to see if it tastes like snickerdoodle 🙂 thanks for the easy sweet.
