Edible Keto Cookie Dough Recipe
Prepare all the necessary ingredients and a large mug to place the cookie dough we are going to prepare! It’s time to make a simple but incredibly delicious KETO recipe!
Ingredients:
I don’t like wasting time or making you waste time, so I put some substitutes in front of each ingredient. It’s easier this way!
- 1 cup almond flour;
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (optional for chocolate flavor);
- 1/4 cup butter, softened;
- 1/4 cup sweetener (such as erythritol or monk fruit sweetener);
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract;
- 1/4 teaspoon salt;
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream or coconut cream;
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips.
Instructions:
Step 1 – Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder (if using), sweetener, and salt.
Step 2 – Add Wet Ingredients
Add the softened butter, heavy cream, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. You can use a hand mixer or a spoon for this step.
Step 3 – Fold in Chocolate Chips
Gently fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
Step 4 – Chill (Optional)
For a firmer texture, chill the cookie dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Step 5 – Serve
Scoop the cookie dough into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
