Follow Me NowI’ve been using my Ninja Crispi more and more for quick meals, and this was one of those recipes that turned out so good with very simple ingredients.

I made these Ninja Crispi chicken fajitas with chicken strips, peppers, onion, garlic powder, parsley, paprika, and salt. It’s not a complicated recipe at all, but the flavor was really nice, and it makes a great easy dinner.
I cooked mine for about 25 minutes, turning everything after 15 minutes, and the chicken came out nicely cooked with soft peppers and onion.
Easy Ninja Crispi Chicken Fajitas

These are not traditional Mexican chicken fajitas, but they have that same delicious combination of chicken, peppers, onion, and paprika that works so well for fajita-style meals.
You can serve them with rice, potatoes, salad, or put them inside wraps with your favorite sauce.

For 3 to 4 servings:

- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Follow Me Now- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- A pinch of black pepper
- A squeeze of lime juice after cooking
I kept mine very simple, but these extras would work really well if you want a stronger fajita flavor.
How to Make Ninja Crispi Chicken Fajitas
Add the chicken strips to a large bowl.

Then add the sliced red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and onion.
Season with garlic powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and olive oil. Mix everything very well so the chicken and vegetables are evenly coated.

If you have time, you can let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes before cooking. This is optional, but it helps the chicken absorb more flavor.
Place everything into the Ninja Crispi container and spread it out as evenly as possible.
I cooked mine using the Roast function for about 25 minutes. After the first 15 minutes, I turned the chicken and vegetables so everything cooked more evenly.
One thing I noticed is that although I used the Roast function for this recipe, the chicken actually came out juicier and less dry when I tried using the Air Fry option on the Ninja Crispi.
Make sure the chicken is fully cooked before serving.

Cooking Notes
My chicken took around 25 minutes in total, but the time can change depending on how thick your chicken strips are and how much food you add to the container.
I recommend checking it after 15 minutes, turning everything, and then cooking until the chicken is done.
If your chicken strips are very thin, they may cook a little faster. If they are thicker, they may need a few extra minutes.
Enjoy!
This is definitely one of those simple Ninja Crispi recipes I’ll be making again.
It doesn’t need many ingredients, it doesn’t make a big mess, and it’s a great way to make chicken strips taste much better without doing anything complicated.
If you have a Ninja Crispi and you’re looking for an easy dinner idea, try these chicken fajitas with peppers and onion. They’re simple, flavorful, and very practical for a quick meal.
