Eggless Microwave Brownie Mug Cake
Do you need a quick snack, but don’t know what to make? This eggless microwave mug cake is the perfect choice! It’s soft, fudgy, and absolutely irresistible!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- ¼ cup Flour
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- Salt
- 3 tbsp Butter melted
- 3 tbsp Milk
- ½ tsp Oil
- 3 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Chocolate chips
Instructions
- In your favorite mug, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly mixed.
- To the dry mixture, add the melted butter, milk, oil, and brown sugar. Mix thoroughly until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips to the batter. They’ll melt and make the cake extra fudgy and delicious!
- Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high for 1 minute. Check for doneness – if needed, microwave for an additional 10-15 seconds, but be careful not to overcook!
