This Secret Ninja Creami Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream recipe combines the refreshing taste of mint with rich chocolate chips for a creamy, indulgent treat. Perfectly churned using the Ninja Creami, it’s an easy-to-make dessert that’s a hit for mint lovers.

- 1 tbsp Cream cheese softened
- ⅓ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- ¾ cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Whole milk
- 1 tsp Mint extract
- ¼ cup Mini chocolate chips for mix-in
- Green food coloring optional
In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave the cream cheese for 10 seconds. Add the sugar and mint extract, then whisk or stir until it resembles frosting, about 60 seconds.
Gradually mix in the heavy cream, milk, and optional food coloring until fully combined and the sugar is dissolved.
Pour the mixture into an empty CREAMi™ Pint. Secure the storage lid and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove the pint from the freezer and take off the lid. Place the pint in the outer bowl, attach the Creamerizer™ Paddle to the lid, and lock the lid onto the outer bowl. Mount the bowl assembly on the motor base and twist the handle to the right to secure it in place.
Choose the ICE CREAM setting on your machine.
Using a spoon, create a 1 ½-inch wide hole down to the bottom of the pint. It’s fine if the treat goes above the MAX FILL line. Add chocolate chips to the hole and process using the MIX-IN program.
Once processing is complete, remove the ice cream from the pint and serve immediately with your desired toppings.
