Got 15 minutes to spare? That’s all it takes to whip up these simple and delicious peanut butter cookies!
Just 5 minutes to mix the 3 ingredients and 10 minutes to bake them in the oven at 350ºF (175°C). Without a doubt, this is the easiest peanut butter cookie recipe I’ve ever made.
And if you think they won’t be flavorful, think again! They turned out absolutely delicious (my in-laws can vouch for that!).
3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter;
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
Step 1: Preheat the oven
Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). It won’t take long because these cookies will be ready in no time!


Step 2: Mix the 3 ingredients
Combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Beat the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes (that’s more than enough). I used a mixer, but you can mix it by hand if you prefer.


Step 3: Shape the cookies
Using a spoon, scoop out a portion of dough and roll it into a ball with your hands. Then, using a fork, press gently on the top to create a crisscross pattern – this adds a lovely touch!

Step 4: Bake
Place the cookies in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. After that, take them out and let them cool for about 30 minutes.
When you first take them out, the cookies will still feel soft, don’t worry! They just need time to set, and they’ll be perfect. Enjoy!
