3-Ingredient Keto Cookies with Coconut Flour

We will only need 3 ingredients. I recommend that you do not change the amount of any of the ingredients, at least the first time you make the recipe. After tasting the cookies, you can adjust them to suit your taste.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated erythritol (or another keto-friendly sweetener)

Step 1 – Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the coconut flour, melted coconut oil, and granulated erythritol. Mix until a dough forms. The dough might seem crumbly at first but will come together as you mix.
Step 3 – Form Cookies
Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and flatten them slightly with your hand or the back of a spoon.
Step 4 – Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned.
Step 5 – Cool
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. The cookies will firm up as they cool.
