Eating healthy doesn’t always mean that we should stop eating the things we love most, like chaffles. Fortunately, nowadays there are thousands of Keto recipes that help us consume few (or no) calories and satisfy our appetite for some “sweet” and savory foods.
That’s the case with this keto Chaffles recipe, with mozzarella cheese, almond flour and egg (yes, you’re reading that right, it only requires these 3 ingredients!).
This recipe, even though it’s super simple, is one of my favorites. In terms of flavor, it is extraordinary! If you think it doesn’t taste like much, you can always add a little cinnamon on top, it doesn’t add calories, but it adds a lot of flavor.
