Every now and then I feel like making a different, protein-packed dessert. Yesterday, I went to the fridge and found only one Greek Yogurt, so I was wondering what I could make with it. After watching some videos on TikTok, I decided to make this Greek Yogurt Chocolate Mousse recipe with just 3 ingredients!

I was hesitant because I was really only mixing three ingredients… But you know the best part? This mousse was delicious! With a super intense flavor, creamy, and crunchy at the same time.

It’s a recipe you can make in 3 minutes (literally!) and the flavor will surprise you. It’s definitely better than eating plain Greek yogurt.

Here’s What You Will Need:

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt (240 g)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (10 g)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey, optional

How to Make This Delicious Greek Yougurt Mousse

The process for making this dessert is one of the simplest things there is! Let’s start?

Start by placing the Greek yogurt in a bowl, I poured it directly into the bowl I was going to eat it in, and add 2 tablespoons of desweetened cocoa powder. Mix well. I recommend adding 1 tbsp, mixing, and then adding the other tbsp.

Now add the vanilla extract, and once again, mix very well.

Finally, if you want a sweeter mousse, add 1 tbsp of honey. Actually, I only added 1 tsp, but it wasn’t very sweet, so I recommend adding 1 tbsp to make it sweeter and more mousse-like.

Mix everything well, decorate with chocolate chips (I used dark chocolate) and enjoy this delicious mousse!

As you can see in the photo above, the mousse is very creamy. This is because I was greedy and didn’t refrigerate it 30 minutes before eating. If you want a firmer consistency, like instant mousse, you should refrigerate it before eating.

Since I just wanted a quick and tasty dessert, I ate it as soon as I finished making it.
