6 – Popcorn

This has become one of my kids’ favourites within a short while. Funny enough, they didn’t seem interested in it until their first try. Popcorns are one of the easiest snacks to make for your kids, which are healthy and delicious.
To maintain the low carb of popcorn, avoid adding any form of topping. After air-popping it, drizzle your popcorn with a little butter and add parmesan cheese (I prefer the grated one).
7 – Yoghurt

Do you want an excellent snack idea for your kids? Then, try yoghurt out. I prefer Greek yoghurt because it is low in carbs and sugar. Furthermore, it is high in calcium for bone growth.
Don’t buy ANY type of yoghurt. Most are filled with unhealthy sweeteners. Most times, I use plain, full-fat yoghurt and add a bit of natural sweeteners like honey.
Watch your kids lighten up per scoop!!!
8 – Nuts

They are low-carb and high in fibre and protein. Give your kids nuts OFTEN and watch them grow healthy. Nuts are high in dietary fats and are recommended by doctors as one of the best ways to prevent allergies.
Beyond all the healthy benefits, your kids would always love nutting away the afternoon.
However, be on the lookout for choking hazards. Ensure your kid can handle chewing the nuts properly.
9 – Sliced Pears with Ricotta Cheese

Once pears are sliced into smaller pieces, they are one of the best treats you can give to your kid. With an added ricotta cheese, you would have won over the heart of your little one.
This snack comes with protein, calcium and fibre, which are essential nutrients for your kid’s overall growth.

This is a combination of fresh strawberries, avocado and almond milk.
You don’t always have to wait for summertime before serving your kids this satisfying smoothie. Make it extra flavourful by adding keto-friendly nut butter.
11 – Salad with Cheese Bites

This snack is kid-friendly. Additionally, it’s a proper snack for diabetics as well. Therefore, your kid enjoys both the snack and its health benefits.

You can make these eggs ahead of time. Keep them in your refrigerator for a quick morning snack for your kids. I do this almost EVERY WEEKEND.
