Makes: ~1.5–2 lb chicken (about 4 breasts)
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Quick method
Mix. Coat chicken. Marinate 2–12 hours. Cook as desired.
2) BBQ Chicken Marinade

Smoky. Sweet. Tangy.
This one screams “summer,” even in February.
Best for: grill, BBQ, oven
Makes: ~1.5–2 lb chicken
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
