Since I received my new Ninja Creami I have been making lots of recipes! I have been trying out some recipe variations and publishing the ones I like best here on the website, such as the oreo and protein ice cream recipe.
A recipe that I loved making (and trying) last week was this protein-packed ice cream, which uses Fairlife milk (you can use another brand of protein milk if you want).
This recipe has around 42 grams of protein per cup of Ninja Creami, it is delicious, healthy and easy to make.
In fact, this recipe uses the base of another ice cream I made, the oreo one, so don’t be surprised if you see that the ingredients and step by step are similar!
I’ll leave you step by step below with all the images.
3-Ingredient Ninja Creami Fairlife Ice Cream Recipe – Chocolate

This recipe is really simple and only requires 3 ingredients, Fairlife milk, Stevia to sweeten and pudding mix.
As an option you can add whipped cream, I normally don’t add it, but I decided to use it to make the ice cream more beautiful for the photos (and tastier too).

- 2 cups Fairlife Nutrition Plan Chocolate Milk — or vanilla;
- 2 tablespoons Stevia — or another sweetener of your choice;
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate pudding mix;
- Whipped Cream – to decorate, optional.
Instructions:
Step 1 – Mix the ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate milk, stevia, and pudding mix. Make sure to whisk until the stevia is fully dissolved.
Note that the pudding mix will not completely dissolve. But don’t worry, you won’t notice them later!


Step 2 – Let the mixture sit
Let the mixture sit for about a minute to allow the bubbles to settle before pouring it into a Creami pint.


Step 3 – Pour into Creami Pint
Pour the mixture into a Creami pint. Cover with a lid and freeze for 24 hours. I recommend that you don’t scoop the leftover mixture that stays in the bowl as it’s mostly pudding mix clumps.


Step 4 – Time to mix!
After freezing, take the pint out of the freezer and remove the lid. Insert the pint in the Ninja Creami, twist it to the right to secure it, and press the Ice Cream button. It should take under 2 minutes to complete.
After the first cycle, it was still a bit powdery so I did two RE-SPIN cycles to reach the creamy consistency I like.


Step 5 – Serve
Now it’s finally time to enjoy your Ninja Creami Fairlife Ice Cream. You can eat it plain or add whipped cream, or your favorite toppings — like below!


If you have any leftovers you’ll need to flatten the top of the ice cream with a spoon or spatula and cover it with the storage lid before refreezing. It’ll harden as it re-freezes, so you’ll need to process the ice cream again and repeat step number 4. Don’t transfer it to another container!
