Making soup is relatively easy, but with the help of a slow cooker it becomes even easier!
If you’re like me, you love a slow cooker because you can just throw all the ingredients in, set a timer, and let it cook while you do other things! The slow cooker will do everything for you!
When you get home, you just need to open the slow cooker and enjoy your delicious soup.

Trust me, they’re to die for!
1) White Chicken Chili
In the slow cooker, add:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cans green chiles (or 1 jar salsa verde)
- 2 cans white Northern beans, drained
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 2 tsp cumin
You just need to combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on Low for 8 hours.

2) Beef Taco Soup
In the slow cooker, combine:
- 1 lb ground beef (browned, optional)
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can corn, undrained
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on Low for 6-8 hours or High for 3-4 hours.
Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.

3) Chicken Tortilla Soup
In the slow cooker, just combine:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Just like the previous recipes, just combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on Low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken and serve with tortilla chips, avocado, and cheese.
4) Vegetable Lentil Soup
In the slow cooker, simply add:
- 1 cup dry lentils, rinsed
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
This one is easy, like all the other recipes! You just need to combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on Low for 6-8 hours. That’s it, your soup is ready!

5) Potato Soup
In the slow cooker, you just need to combine:
- 1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 block cream cheese
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Are youu ready?!? Simply combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. Now, cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
Stir until smooth and serve warm.

6) Ham and Bean Soup
In the slow cooker, add the ingredients:
- 1 ham bone (or 2 cups diced ham)
- 1 can Great Northern beans, drained
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp thyme
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker, and cook on Low for 8 hours.
Remove ham bone, shred meat, and return to the soup. Serve warm.
7) Stuffed Pepper Soup
In the slow cooker, combine:
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey (browned, optional)
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups beef or chicken broth
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 packet Italian seasoning
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. Finally, cook on Low for 6-8 hours and serve with crusty bread.

8) Split Pea Soup
In the slow cooker, add the following ingredients:
- 1 lb dried split peas, rinsed
- 1 ham bone or diced ham
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
You just need to combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on Low for 8 hours. Your pea soup is ready! Enjoy!
9) Tomato Basil Soup
In the slow cooker, combine:
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 cup diced onion
- 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (add at the end)
- 1 tsp dried basil
Instructions:
Start by combining all the ingredients except cream in the slow cooker.
Now you just need to cook on cow for 6-8 hours.

10) Cheeseburger Soup
In the crockpot, add:
- 1 lb ground beef (browned, optional)
- 1 bag frozen diced potatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can evaporated milk
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on Low for 6-8 hours. Well… Your soup is ready!
11) Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
In the slow cooker, combine:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup wild rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 tsp thyme
This one is easy… You just need to combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on Low for 6-8 hours. Shred the chicken before serving.

12) French Onion Soup
In the slow cooker, combine:
- 4 large onions, thinly sliced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on Low for 8 hours.
Serve with crusty bread and melted cheese on top.
13) Clam Chowder
In the slow cooker, add:
- 2 cans clams with juice
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup diced onion
Combine all ingredients except cream in the slow cooker and cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
Stir in cream before serving.

14) Cabbage Roll Soup
In the slow cooker, combine:
- 1 lb ground beef (browned, optional)
- 1 small head cabbage, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 tsp paprika
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
Serve warm and enjoy.
