I’m not even kidding: these marinated chicken wings turned out so juicy, so flavorful, and slightly sticky in the best way. The best part? You can prep everything in 5 minutes, let it marinate, and then bake or air fry!

Super Easy Marinated Chicken Wings Recipe

Here’s What You’ll Need:
- 1.5 lb chicken wings (700 g)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey (or brown sugar)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder (or 3 fresh garlic cloves)
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt (optional)
How to Make Marinated Chicken Wings
Let’s do this!
Step 1:
Place the chicken wings in a bowl and pat them dry with paper towels (this helps them get crispy!).
Step 2:

Follow Me NowIn a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, paprika, and black pepper.
Step 3:
Pour the marinade over the wings and mix well until everything is coated.
Step 4:
Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes (but if you can do 2 hours, it tastes even better!).
Step 5 (Oven):
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway.
Step 6 (Air Fryer):
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 18–22 minutes, shaking halfway.
Final Tip

If you want them extra sticky, brush a little leftover marinade on the wings in the last 5 minutes (just make sure it’s cooked through!).
