Healthy Ninja Creami Banana Ice Cream Recipe

This Healthy Banana Ice Cream recipe is the perfect low-carb delight that’s both satisfying and easy to make with your Ninja Creami — it only uses 4 ingredients, including bananas.
With the natural sweetness of ripe bananas and a hint of vanilla, this ice cream will become your go-to dessert for any occasion.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas;
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk;
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free maple syrup;
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract;
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional).

Follow Me NowStep 1 – Combine Ingredients
Peel and slice the bananas, then place them in the Ninja Creami pint container along with the almond milk, sugar-free maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
Step 2 – Blend the Mixture
Use an immersion blender to blend everything until smooth. If you don’t have an immersion blender, mash the bananas thoroughly with a whisk or handheld masher, then mix well.

Step 3 – Freeze the Mixture
Cover the container with the lid and freeze for 24 hours.
Step 4 – Initial Spin
Remove the container from the freezer and place it into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the Ice Cream function and start the cycle.
Step 5 – Adjust the Texture
Press the re-spin button once. If the ice cream is still crumbly, press the re-spin button one more time until it is creamy.
Step 6 – Serve and Enjoy
Add your favorite toppings and serve immediately!
