15-Minute Keto Cookies Recipe With Almond Flour (Low-Carb)

You will only need 6 ingredients to make this low-carb keto recipe. If you want, you can omit the vanilla extract and sweetener, but honestly I don’t recommend doing so. The cookies are healthy, so you don’t need to remove any ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup powdered sweetener
  • 5 tablespoons butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Almond chunks (optional)

Instructions:

These cookies are so easy to make that I barely had any trouble writing them! You’ll have your low-carb keto cookies ready in just 5 steps. Let’s start?!?

Step 1 – Preheat the Oven

Let’s start! Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2 – Mix the Ingredients

Add the ingredients to a mixing bowl, and beat on high until well combined.

Step 3 – Shape the Cookies

Drop the dough by the spoonful onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Now, press each scoop down with the bottom of a glass or your hand.

Step 4 – Bake the Cookies

Bake the cookies for 15 minutes.

Step 5- Cool and Serve

Let the cookies cool for at least 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious homemade cookies!
