I’ve already published several recipes here on the ice cream website, two of them went a little viral on Pinterest, the vanilla ice cream and the peach ice cream, but neither of them are KETO (nor healthy…).
Therefore, I decided to innovate a little and publish a recipe that I usually make during the summer, a delicious KETO ice cream recipe, calorie-free and of course, very healthy. Eating ice cream tastes good, but knowing that we are eating healthy ice cream tastes even better, don’t you think?

3 Ingredient Keto Frosty Ice Cream Recipe

For this recipe you will only need 3 ingredients and a small food processor. I believe you will have all the ingredients in your pantry!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen raspberries (or fruit of choice)
- 1/2 cup COLD heavy whipping cream
- 1/8 tsp monk fruit powder (or any low carb sweetener)

Blend the frozen fruit in a small food processor until it is broken into small pieces.

Add the chilled whipping cream and low-carb sweetener to the fruit; process until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
