I’m a big fan of salads! I love vegetables in salads, not just for their flavor, but because I know they’re good for my body.

Sure! Here’s a simple and delicious 5-ingredient keto pasta salad recipe for one person:
Ingredients:
- Shirataki Noodles (1 serving)
- Cherry Tomatoes (1/2 cup, halved)
- Cucumber (1/2 cup, diced)
- Feta Cheese (1/4 cup, crumbled)
- Olive Oil (2 tablespoons)
Instructions:
Step 1 – Prepare the Shirataki Noodles:
- Rinse the shirataki noodles thoroughly under cold water.
- Boil the noodles for 2-3 minutes, then drain well.
- Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Step 2 – Combine Ingredients:
- In a mixing bowl, add the cooked shirataki noodles.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and crumbled feta cheese.
Step 3 – Dress the Salad:
