Follow Me NowStep 2 – Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the protein powder and rolled oats. Add the nut butter and honey to the dry mixture. Now, stir until everything is well combined and a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add a splash of milk or a bit more honey until it reaches a workable consistency
Step 3 – Form the Cookies
Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Place the balls onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten them slightly with your hands or a fork to form cookie shapes.
Step 4 – Bake the Cookies
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. That’s it, enjoy your cookies!

I hope you liked my recipe! If you go to the gym, like me, I recommend that you always take 1 or 2 cookies with you to eat before training. They are excellent for giving us those bursts of energy that we need so much!

Hi!! What if I don’t want to add peanut butter or any nut butter. Would it make any difference? Thank you.
Hey Jasleen,
If you skip the nut butter in the recipe, it could affect the final result. Nut butter adds both moisture and fat, helping the cookies stay together and taste rich. Without it, the cookies might turn out dry and crumbly. If you need to skip it, you might want to replace it with something like coconut oil, or add more honey, but keep in mind the texture and flavor will change a bit.
Do you know how many calories per cookie, or can you tell me how many cookies this recipe will make?
