  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess) 
  • ½ banana, sliced 
  • Optional toppings: chocolate chips, chia seeds, mint 

Easy Step-by-Step:

  1. In a jar or bowl, stir together oats, cocoa powder, milk, yogurt, and sweetener.
  2. The next step is to cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
