- 12 fresh basil leaves
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 12 mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- 1–2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Olive oil (optional)
- 12 small skewers or toothpicks
Easy Step-by-Step:
I use these 4 simple steps to make my caprese skewers. Follow them closely.
- On each skewer, threaded one tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball.
