How to Get That Bakery-Style Muffin Top at Home
Use this simple hack to get that bakery-quality muffin straight out of your kitchen.
Ensure that your batter is thick and not watery. The thicker the batter, the less likely your chips will fall to the bottom. It also ensures that the muffin comes out well-shaped and firm.
Don’t fill your muffin cups to the top. About ¾ full is enough. This prevents the batter from spilling while baking and creating a mess in your oven.
Can I Use Mini or Regular Chocolate Chips?
Yes, you can use mini or regular chocolate chips. Both work perfectly. Mini chips spread more evenly, while the regular ones give you big chocolate pockets, making your muffins perfect for an exciting munch.
Can I Make These Muffins Dairy-Free or With Oil Instead of Butter?
Absolutely! You can make these chocolate chip muffins dairy-free or with oil instead of butter.
Simply swap the milk with a plant-based variant and swap butter with oil (the same quantity for best effect).

Whenever you crave these little delights, don’t forget to refer to this special recipe. Actually, give it a try right away. It doesn’t take much time but gives an unforgettable experience.
