I’m constantly looking for recipes that are gluten free, because I’m allergic to gluten.
Unfortunately, not all the cookies we find in the supermarket are gluten free, so the best thing to do is to make our own cookies! I know it’s MUCH more work, but the truth is that this way we know exactly what we’re eating and only include ingredients that we’re sure won’t harm us.
I speak for myself, when I eat something with gluten, the bathroom waits for me… Sorry to say this, but it’s really true, I feel extremely sick and have other symptoms that I won’t mention now!
Well, this is my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe, gluten free of course! I hope you like it.
