Follow Me NowIf you’re looking for a quick and incredibly delicious treat, you need to try these banana puff pastry crisps!

I posted this recipe on TikTok and got a lot of positive feedback, so I decided to go ahead and post the step-by-step instructions here on the site!
It’s a simple recipe for croissants with Nutella and banana and a little cinnamon flavor that you can make in just a few minutes.
It’s perfect for a quick snack or a last-minute dessert. Trust me, once you try it, you won’t want anything else!
Puff Pastry Chocolate Banana Bites with Cinnamon Sugar Bliss

Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 bar of chocolate (or chocolate chips, or Nutella)
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Step 1: Prepare the Puff Pastry & Banana
Start by cutting the banana into small pieces. Now, roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. If it’s not pre-cut, use a sharp knife to cut it into triangles.

Step 2: Add the Filling
Place a slice or two of banana and a piece of chocolate (or a spoonful of Nutella) in the center of each puff pastry piece. Be careful not to overfill.

Step 3: Fold the Pastry
Fold the puff pastry over the filling to create your desired shape. Press the edges with a fork to seal tightly.

Step 4: Brush with Egg Wash, Sugar & Cinnamon
Lightly beat the egg in a small bowl. Brush the top of each pastry with the egg wash to give it a golden, shiny finish when baked. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Generously sprinkle it over the pastries for a sweet, flavorful touch.

Step 5: Bake & Serve!
Transfer the pastries to the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400ºF (200ºC), or until they are puffed up and golden brown, and enjoy!
