Can I Use Frozen Cauliflower?
Absolutely! You can use frozen cauliflower.
All you need is to thaw it properly and dry it very well before roasting. Although it won’t be as crispy as using fresh cauliflower. However, it still works quite well.
So, if you have frozen cauliflower, but don’t want to stress over getting fresh ones from the market, it will do a good job.
