Last night my in-laws came over for dinner and, as always, they are used to having dessert! Since I don’t like to waste anything, every time they come over I make a recipe for the website and TikTok, so I can combine business with pleasure!
Yesterday I tried something different with banana! The idea seems strange, but the truth is that they were surprised, both with the taste and the appearance of the dessert!
Believe me, you will amaze all your guests with this dessert (or snack).

Golden Bliss Banana Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:
- 3 Bananas (you can try just 1)
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- Hazelnut cream (Nutella, for example)
- 1 Egg (for egg wash)
- Sugar (for sprinkling)
Step 1: Crave the bananas
Using a small knife, carefully carve a shallow trench along the length of each banana. Be careful not to cut all the way through!

Step 2: Fill the bananas
Spoon hazelnut cream into the carved trench of each banana. Use a butter knife or spatula to spread it evenly.

Step 3: Wrap the bananas
Take the puff pastry strips and wrap them around each banana, overlapping slightly to create a spiral pattern. Remember, tuck the ends of the pastry under the banana to secure them!


Step 4: Prepare for Baking
Place the wrapped bananas on the tray, leaving some space between them. Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush the pastry with the egg wash using a pastry brush and sprinkle a light layer of sugar over the tops for a sweet, crispy finish.


Step 5: Bake and Enjoy!
Bake the banana rolls in the oven at 392°F (200ºC) for 25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crisp!
