I truly believe that a lot of people think the Keto diet is difficult to follow, but the truth is that it is becoming easier and easier.
The recipes, contrary to what everyone thinks, are usually simpler than conventional recipes, because they require fewer ingredients and are easier to prepare, just like these low carb keto pancakes.
This pancake recipe is one of the easiest you will ever try. In addition to being low-calorie keto pancakes, they are also delicious! Are you ready to get to work? Let’s start preparing all the ingredients (only 3 hahaha).
3-Ingredient Keto Pancakes Recipe

All you’ll need is three simple ingredients (or 4, if you count the butter to fry the pancakes, which is optional, but I like to use it). Start by looking at all the ingredients below and then see the step by step.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 4 large eggs
- butter (for frying – optional)
Instructions:

Step 1 – Preheat the Skillet
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Allow it to get hot while you prepare the batter.

In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs briskly. Whisking more air into the eggs will result in fluffier pancakes.
Step 3 – Combine Ingredients
Add the softened cream cheese and almond flour to the beaten eggs and whisk the mixture until it is well combined and smooth.
Step 4 – Cook the Pancakes
Add a small amount of butter to the hot skillet, letting it melt and coat the pan. Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter into the skillet for each pancake.
Now, cook until the bottom is golden brown, approximately 2 minutes and flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
Step 5 – Repeat
Continue cooking the remaining batter in the same way.
Step 6 – Serve
Serve the pancakes with butter and sugar-free syrup and enjoy your delicious pancakes!
