Below are the ingredients you need. Feel free to increase the quantity if you plan to serve more than 4 people.
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 4 large bell peppers (red, yellow, or orange)
- 4 – 8 eggs (1–2 per pepper, depending on size)
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Parmesan)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: fresh herbs (parsley, chives, or basil), chili flakes
Step-by-Step Instructions:
I follow these steps while making my grilled egg-stuffed peppers. You will get amazing results from following them as well.
- Slice each bell pepper in half and remove seeds and membranes.
- Lightly brush the insides with olive oil.
- Heat your grill to medium.
- Place the pepper halves, cut-side up on a tray.
