Do you like ice cream? Do you like using Ninja Creami? Do you want to consume protein? Then you’re in the right place!
I’m going to teach you my latest recipe that I made about 2 days ago! It’s a chocolate ice cream with oreo and protein (not in powder form, but through Fairlife milk with protein)!
My “guinea pigs” (lol) were my in-laws, and they loved it, so I’m sure you will too!
It’s a simple, healthy and protein ice cream that simply doesn’t taste low-carb, so you can’t help but like it.
I took photos of the entire process, so you will be guided very well through my step by step guide.
Ninja Creami Protein Oreo Ice Cream Recipe

First of all, if you don’t have Fairlife protein milk, you can use another type of milk. It may not even be chocolate, the important thing is that it is milk with protein (if you want a protein ice cream).
What will give the ice cream its consistency is the pudding mix, so it is not mandatory to use full-fat milk either.

Follow Me NowIngredients:
- 2 cups Fairlife Nutrition Plan Chocolate Milk — or vanilla;
- 2 tablespoons Stevia — or another sweetener of your choice;
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate pudding mix;
- 4 chocolate Oreo cookies crushed.
Instructions:
Step 1 – Mix the ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate milk, stevia, and pudding mix. Make sure to whisk until the stevia is fully dissolved.
Note that the pudding mix will not completely dissolve. But don’t worry, you won’t notice them later!

Step 2 – Let the mixture sit
Let the mixture sit for about a minute to allow the bubbles to settle before pouring it into a Creami pint.

Step 3 – Pour into Creami Pint
Pour the mixture into a Creami pint. Cover with a lid and freeze for 24 hours. I recommend that you don’t scoop the leftover mixture that stays in the bowl as it’s mostly pudding mix clumps.

Step 4 – Time to mix!
After freezing, take the pint out of the freezer and remove the lid. Insert the pint in the Ninja Creami, twist it to the right to secure it, and press the Ice Cream button. It should take under 2 minutes to complete.

Step 5 – Add the Oreo cookies
Remove the container from the machine. Use a spoon to create a hole in the middle of the ice cream, about 1 inch wide and extending to the bottom of the container. Press the broken Oreo cookies into the hole.
Return the container to the machine, press the MIX-IN or + EXTRAS button, and let it complete the cycle. After the first cycle, it was still a bit powdery so I did a second + EXTRAS cycle to reach the creamy consistency I like.

Step 6 – Serve
Now it’s finally time to enjoy your Ninja Creami Protein Oreo Ice Cream. You can serve it right away with more crunched Oreos, whipping cream, or your favorite toppings — or all of the above, if you have a sweet tooth like me.

If you have any leftovers you’ll need to flatten the top of the ice cream with a spoon or spatula and cover it with the storage lid before refreezing. It’ll harden as it re-freezes, so you’ll need to process the ice cream again on the Ice Cream cycle.
I only transferred mine to a serving bowl to take pictures, otherwise, it would’ve been a disaster later!
So, did you like the recipe? I hope so, because it took a bit of work to prepare everything and fine-tune the recipe to make it perfect!
