- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup brandy (optional for a non-alcoholic version)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

Add the mixed berries to the mixture and gently stir.
Step 2 – Freeze the Mixture
Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, leaving some space at the top.
Secure the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours, or until completely solid.
Step 3 – Process in the Ninja Creami
Remove the pint container from the freezer and take off the lid.
Insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine and lock it in place.
Select the “Sorbet” function and process the mixture. If needed, you can run the cycle again for a smoother texture.
Step 4 – Serve
Scoop the sangria sorbet into bowls or glasses.
Garnish with extra fresh berries or citrus slices if desired.
