With the arrival of summer, we have had a lot of requests for ice cream recipes for Ninja Creami, including this watermelon ice cream recipe.
First of all, I’m going to give you a super quick tip for watermelon ice cream… What I usually do is simply freeze the watermelon and put it in the Ninja Creami. If the watermelon is sweet, I don’t even add sugar, but if it’s a little bitter, I add 1 tablespoon of sweetener.
This is the simplest recipe! However, if you want an ice cream with more consistency and flavor, I recommend you check out the recipe below.
Ninja Creami Watermelon Ice Cream Recipe (Sorbet Consistency)

This ice cream only has 3 ingredients, watermelon, coconut cream and salt (you can remove the salt if you want). If you want to make the ice cream more consistent, you can swap the coconut cream for sweetened condensed milk, but I recommend you make the original recipe at least once (because it’s my favorite!).
Ingredients:
- 1⅔ Cups (250 g) Watermelon (Fresh and without seeds)
- 2 Tbsp of coconut cream
- 1 Pinch Salt
Instructions:
Like all Ninja Creami recipes, the step by step is the simplest thing ever! Check out all the steps below to ensure you end up with the best ice cream in the world!
Step 1 – Blend the Ingredients

Step 4 – Finalize and Serve
Re-spin the sherbet a second time for a smoother texture. Remove the pint, serve, and enjoy!
