Friday nights are always busy here at home, because we end up working really late and we always end up forgetting to make dinner… Which is kind of funny, considering we have a recipe website!
Something that always saves our nights is this oven-baked salmon recipe.
It’s the simplest, easiest and quickest recipe I know! In just 15 minutes we have our salmon READY! Yes, you read that right, the salmon is ready!
You just need to season it with some spices to taste, put it in the oven for 13 minutes and that’s it!
Then, to accompany it, we usually make this simply delicious sautéed vegetables recipe (which, strangely enough, also takes 15 minutes to make, we usually make both at the same time!).
Oven-Baked Salmon With Skin: 15-Minute Healthy Recipe!

Ingredients:
- Salmon: Steaks or fillets
- Coarse salt: Use a good amount to enhance the salmon’s natural flavor.
- Garlic powder: Adds a subtle aromatic touch.
- Paprika: For a vibrant color and slightly smoky flavor.
- Parsley (dried or fresh): Brings a hint of freshness.
- Black pepper: For a mild kick.
Step 1: Prepare the Salmon
Before you begin, pat the salmon fillets or steaks dry with a paper towel. This step helps remove excess fat and moisture, ensuring the seasonings stick better and the salmon cooks evenly. While optional, it makes a noticeable difference in the final result.

Step 2: Season with Love


Now it’s time to season the salmon! Sprinkle the following ingredients generously over the fish:
- Coarse salt: Use a good amount to enhance the salmon’s natural flavor.

Step 4: Serve and Enjoy!
Savor your delicious salmon! If it’s still a little undercooked inside, you can pop it back into the oven for a couple more minutes.

Pro Tip: Every oven is different, so this might take a bit of trial and error the first time. Once you’ve got it down, it’ll be perfect every time!
