Today I have a special recipe for you, a peanut butter, banana and protein powder smoothie (optional). The best of all is that this recipe, unlike practically all the others I have published, does not use yogurt!
I know the recipe may seem elaborate from the images, but the truth is that it is really VERY simple to make.
I believe you will have all the necessary ingredients in your pantry. So, without further ado, check out all the ingredients needed to make this delicious smoothie (and full of protein, if you so desire!) below.
Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Recipe

Below you have all the ingredients you need for the smoothie and topping. If you want, you can just make the smoothie, the topping is optional (I recommend it, because it always turns out more complete and more beautiful!).
Ingredients for Smoothie:
- 2 frozen bananas
- โ cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 scoops protein powder – Vanilla or Chocolate flavor (optional)
Ingredients for Topping:
- ยฝ banana, sliced
- Granola
- Peanuts
- Chocolate chips
Instructions:
My favorite part of making smoothies is the step by step processโฆ Which is practically non-existent!
All you need to do is put all the ingredients in your blender (I use the Ninja Creami for the smoothies option) and wait for your smoothie to be ready.
Then, you just need to add the toppings to your liking. I suggested several of the ingredients above, but you can always change or add other toppings.
