- 2 cups roasted, unsalted pistachios.

- Pinch of salt (if using unsalted nuts)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or cardamom for a flavor twist
Easy Step-by-Step:
Here are a few steps to follow while making pistachio butter:
- Add pistachios to a food processor and blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until it is crumbly.
- Scrape down the sides and keep blending. Eventually, the nuts will go from crumbly to thick paste and then creamy butter.
- Within 8-10 minutes, it should be ready with a smooth texture.
- If you have any optional ingredients for extra taste, feel free to add them. However, ensure you taste for a quality check.
