Follow Me NowI don’t know if I’ve told you before, but I love Nutella! I love it so much that I spend my life making recipes with Nutella!

Some turn out well, while others turn out badly… To be honest, when I made this recipe I wasn’t expecting it to turn out well, but the truth is that I made the most delicious Nutella cookies ever!
They were a little moist inside (just the way I like them), sweet and with a really intense flavor. If you like Nutella, cookies, and don’t have much time, you need to try this recipe.
Shall we get started? Trust me, you won’t regret it!
3-Ingredient Nutella Cookies Recipe

Ingredients for 11 Cookies:
- 2/3 Cups (200g) Nutella
- 1 Cup (140g) plain flour
- 1 Egg, at room temperature
Step 1: Mix the Nutella with the egg
In a mixing bowl, combine the Nutella and egg. Use a whisk or spatula to beat the mixture until smooth and well combined.

Step 2: Add the flour
Gradually add the flour to the Nutella mixture, stirring gently with a spoon or spatula. The dough will become thick and slightly sticky but manageable. This step should take about 5 minutes.

Step 3: Chill the Dough
Place the dough in the refrigerator and let it chill for 10 minutes. This makes it easier to shape.

Follow Me NowStep 4: Shape the cookies
First of all, now it’s the perfect time to preheat the oven to 340ºF (170ºC).
Now you need to line a baking tray with parchment paper. Scoop out portions of dough using a spoon or ice cream scoop, then roll them into balls with your hands.

Place each ball onto the baking tray and gently flatten it slightly (use your hand for this, of a spoon).
Make a small hole in the center of each cookie using your thumb, the back of a spoon, or your finger.

Step 4: Bake them for 8 minutes at 170ºC
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 8 minutes. They may look soft when you take them out – that’s perfectly fine.
Step 5: Add the Nutella Filling
You just need to put Nutella in the hole you made in the cookie and enjoy this delicious snack!
